Today marks my one year anniversary at Lenovo and what year it has been. When I look back on the last 12 months I have engaged with so many great people across the business, our partner network and our alliance partners. I've also had the luxury of being able to dive deep into the value that we bring our customers across our infrastructure business and the wider PC business. Lenovo is leading the market in so many areas of the technology sector such as our ThinkEdge range of servers designed for the toughest environments, Our AI Innovators programme providing unique AI solutions in multiple verticals or through to our market leading range of Workstations, Smart Collaboration and Thinkpad noteboook devices. The list goes on! What underpins all of our solutions is the people - all our partners and the team / the people behind the solutions and programmes we bring to market are the ones solving problems for our customers now and for the future. Today I had the pleasure of hearing from an Olympic Gold medalist GB rower who told the story of how individuals and teams need to learn everyday in order to increase performance to achieve results. This reminded me that everyday I have been learning something new from so many different people and I need to keep on learning. We're seeing signs of the market changing and evolving in so many different ways, not just in terms of turnaround, but in technology such as AI or the need to diversify or the need to adapt to the challenge of climate change. These are just some of the big challenges, but also key opportunities. We have to keep on learning and increase our knowledge to take advantage of the opportunities ahead and the results will come.
