Whenever it's time to hire, a lot of business owners and solopreneurs automatically assume that they need a virtual assistant. When it comes to making a hire ask yourself these questions: 💡 What are the top three things that are keeping you from doubling your revenue right now? 💡 Does any of this have anything to do with the role of a VA (or whatever other roles you're hiring)? When you have a strategy behind the types of roles you're bringing into your team, you will be asking "Who is the next person I need on my team to get me closer to my goals?" We shouldn't be hiring people to be bandaids and quick fixes. These types of hires typically don't last and can cause even more issues. Hiring is exciting. It means you're growing and making room for possibilities. When you reach the point where you need help, you should go into it with the best intentions and with a clear vision.
