NC State Dining had the pleasure of hosting Lentils.org and Mushroom Council last week for a Good Food Culinary Immersion Day. It was amazing to see the excitement of so many chefs from local universities as they were given the opportunity to learn and explore the versatility of mushrooms and lentils. I'm proud to work with an amazing culinary team and am grateful for the culinary leadership provided by Yolanda Santiago and Chad Cliffe C.E.C .
