You could freelance, consult, sell templates, coach, and more. ➤ Step 2: Create an offer Look at what your competitors are offering, their prices, and their services. Use this as inspiration to create your own offer, and make it appealing by promising good results. ➤ Step 3: Get your first clients Start by offering services at a lower rate to people in your network or on social media. Complete the projects, collect testimonials, and build your portfolio. ➤ Step 4: Start cold outreach Look for small businesses or individuals who need your services. Use tools like Apollo, Lusha, and Hunter io to get emails of key decision-makers. Write a few email templates and start sending them. ➤ Step 5: Adjust your prices Every 6 months, update your portfolio and raise your prices. Try to get international clients by offering 70-80% of the market rate and earn in USD. ➤ Step 6: Delegate and build a team If you’re struggling to juggle your full-time job and side hustle, hire freelancers to handle some tasks and manage them while taking a share of the profits. Once you’re at this stage, you can even quit your job and make your side hustle full-time. Remember, it may take 6-12 months to start making good money from your side hustle. While working fulltime at my 9 to 5 job and transitioning into my freelancing, here are a few tips that I used, that helped me find that balance between the both and ensured that all my goals were met. Know when its time to stop on your 9 to 5 tasks and when to start working on your personal venture. Time block your work. 2. Establish your side hustle goals- Set goals using the SMART technique. Goals that are Specific, measurable, achievable, realistic and timely. These help you stay focused and on track without getting overwhelmed. 3. Discipline- Working two jobs can be overwhelming. However, things still need to get done if you still want to achieve your goals. Having a strict routine that suits you, and prioritizing your tasks ensures top productivity. 4. Remember your why- Whether its getting out of debt, doing it for your kids, finally building something that you love and want to succeed in, or just having multiple streams of income for whatever reason, remembering your why keeps you focused, and motivated. Write down your why and place it somewhere you can constantly see it to remind yourself. If it's your kids, have their picture on your work station :) 5.
