Question everything, even if you believe you know the answer. It can encourage critical thinking, ensure clarity, promote engagement, reveal knowledge gaps, improve communications, mitigate risk or validate decisions, and it can enhance learning and build trust. I often question things because I seek answers from those who are mor knowledgeable. May not be the best advice but certainly one that I use a lot! #BestAdvice
Your biggest growth comes when you're out of your "comfort zone". Don't be afraid to try new things, embrace change and being comfortable.
"People don't leave jobs, they leave bosses." Out there someone is happily shoveling a stable, but won't tolerate if their boss or supervisor aggravates them one more time.
Oh you will love this... Don't give up on your staff when times are tough and work for them to keep the doors open.. Especially if they're doing leading edge work that other businesses pivot on. ;) Welp.. Good luck with that. #Salute.
Use your team..don't try to do everything yourself its a collaborative effort.
