I was so excited to order from Leroy Merlin, but I’m incredibly disappointed with the service I’ve received. I placed my order on 30th November, only to receive incomplete parts. Despite informing your team that I’m travelling this week, I’ve now been told that my issue won’t be resolved until no later than 23rd December. This delay is unacceptable and has left me in a position where I may need to cancel or reschedule my plans. I had high expectations, but this experience has been nothing short of frustrating.

How often do you host these incredible #JobFestive events, I would love to attend the next one.

Au lieu de parader sur des offres de jobs, Leroy Merlin devrait d abord mieux considérer ses clients J ai une livraison qui devait arriver depuis le 19 avril dernier et à ce jour rien! Pourtant j ai multiplié les appels depuis cette journée et je n ai jamais reçu ni un message ni même un SMS m informant d un souci Et on va de report en report de la livraison sans aucune garantie et c est toujours moi qui doit rappeler pour savoir où en est la livraison Vraiment le service après vente et respect du client c est zéro chez Leroy Merlin Je tiens a disposition de ceux qui le veulent la copie de mon bon de commande pour celles et ceux qui voudraient se faire livrer par eux après achat Si le service livraison de Leroy Merlin ne fonctionne pas, ce n est pas la peine de le proposer aux clients!!!

Leroy merlin South Africa - NO SERVICE!!!! I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the ongoing issues surrounding my online order 000598551 which was promised for delivery today.Not only have I not received the goods as expected, but I have also been unable to get any clear information or follow-up regarding the delivery status. I have spent considerable time trying to reach your customer service team, only to be told that they cannot provide updates because they are unable to contact the stores directly. This is completely unacceptable, and I am deeply dissatisfied with the level of service provided.I had made arrangements for my contractors to be here tomorrow, specifically in anticipation of receiving this order today. However, as of now, I am left without my goods, causing significant disruption to my schedule and additional costs.This is not the first time I have encountered issues with Leroy Merlin’s online orders and deliveries, and I am extremely disappointed that the company has failed to deliver once again. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with an immediate update on the status of my order and ensure that it is delivered without further delay.If this situation is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to reconsider my future purchases with Leroy Merlin and escalate this matter to relevant consumer protection authorities.
