One of my favourite things about being a trainer, is when people get in touch with me after a session to ask for advice and feedback for things they are implementing. It shouldn't blow my mind, but it really does! We all know how easy it is to leave a training session with the best of intentions, and then get sucked into the day to day of running a desk. So when I get people regularly reaching out for my opinion on things they are trialling and implementing, I get little bursts of joy for actually being able to contribute and make a difference. I set up my training sessions as best I can to ensure that there are lots of practical elements to take away and actually implement easily. It doesn't have to be huge changes either, sometimes the smallest tweaks have the biggest impact! I won't name names here, but those of you who have done this this year- THANK YOU! Skill Synergy through Awareness. "Skill Synergy through Awareness" is a concept that highlights the importance of self-awareness and situational awareness in harmonizing multiple skills to achieve optimal performance. By being mindful of one's strengths, areas for improvement, and the context in which skills are applied, individuals can effectively combine their abilities to produce results that are greater than the sum of their individual skills. This approach involves: Understanding the unique strengths and limitations of each skill, as well as their potential synergies. Cultivating an awareness of the situations and environments in which different skills can be most effectively utilized. Developing the ability to adapt and apply skills in a flexible and responsive manner, depending on the specific demands of the situation. Continuously reflecting on and learning from experiences to further refine and enhance skill synergies over time. By practicing "Skill Synergy through Awareness," individuals can maximize the effectiveness of their abilities and become more versatile, adaptable, and successful in various parts of their sport life. At the moment I am looking for more prospects to work with.  I am also looking to do some research and for this I am looking for teams or organisations that are interested in how to increase awareness during sport matches.
