Well, as our training is tailored to each customer it's quite a hard question to answer succinctly, the answer at a very high level is "If you're undertaking an IT Project and need some help – get in touch". A more helpful answer maybe to start by asking you the questions: - Do you have a project team with little project maturity that doesn't understand what it means to be part of a project team? - Are you using Subject Matter Experts to fill the role of Business Analyst and need to provide them with the understanding of what this responsibility means? - Are you undertaking a project that has change management impacts across your business? - Are you starting a project and need to bring the team together with a clear vision of where everyone fits and what is expected of them? - Are you currently working on a project where your project team is struggling with completing assigned tasks successfully? - Are you running workshops but struggling to elicit the information you need from attendees? - Do you have project team members who know what they are doing but are lacking a bit of experience and confidence and could use a sounding board to run ideas and issues past? These two roles may seem distinct, but they’re deeply connected, and here's how they complement each other: • 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗚𝗼𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 🎯: Both roles focus on delivering value to the business. While a Business Analyst (BA) identifies the needs and provides solutions, a Project Manager (PM) ensures these solutions are implemented efficiently. They both work towards achieving the project's objectives and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction. • 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 🤝: A BA defines the business needs and gathers the project requirements. The PM relies on these insights to manage resources and timelines effectively. Without clear communication between both roles, projects may miss the mark! • 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺-𝗦𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀 🧩: When challenges arise, the BA digs into why the problem exists, while the PM focuses on resolving it.
