This is the #1 exercise to grow your shoulders 🔻 For reverse pyramid training, if your main focus is getting stronger than do lower reps on each set and if your main goal is to build muscle then do higher rep ranges. in my opinion unless your a D1 or pro level athlete your goal should be to get that perfect combo of both strength & aesthetics, not one or the other.
