We caught up with James Galloway, our Customer Success and Remarketing Manager, as our first employee spotlight 🌟 James joined us just over a year ago, and like many members of our team, he wears many hats. Here's what he had to say about being on Team Blue, and what he gets into once the bell rings: 🚙 Tell us a little about your role at Lever. What does a typical day look like? 🧔♂️ Typical day is connecting with our current customer base to provide white glove service. Ensuring that our dealers have everything that they need to be successful is our primary focus. Reaching out to local auto auctions to make sure that we are partnered so we can provide our dealer partners with as many resources as possible for them to acquire inventory. And, working with those local auctions to handle our remarketing efforts. 🚙 What's your favorite part about working at Lever? 🧔♂️ The team culture. Everyone is willing to step up and lend a hand even if it is not in their scope of responsibility. 🚙 What’s your favorite car and why? 🧔♂️ Twin Turbo Lamborghini Huracan - Whats better than an exotic car with 1500hp? 🚙 Outside of work, what are your hobbies or passions? 🧔♂️ Been passionate about Motorsports my entire life. Love going to all racing events that I can, Drag racing, Nascar, Burnout competitions.. If it's got an engine and burns rubber I'm a fan of it. 🚙 If you had a theme song that played when you walked into the office, what would it be? 🧔♂️ Luke Combs - Beer Never Broke my Heart Love to hear it James! We're lucky to have you on the team 💪

From Mattresses to Supercars -- Meet our VP of Sales, Reid Garcia! We took some time to interview Reid about his career journey in sales and how he ended up at Xtreme Xperience. Here's what he had to say⤵ 👋 About Reid I grew up in St. Louis and moved to Chicago after college. I'm passionate about sports—both playing and watching. I wrestled for 14 years and still enjoy fitness (just not running!). I met my wife of 7 years on New Year's Eve in Wrigleyville. She’s a high school teacher, and we love traveling during the summer. You might even see her at a summer tour stop helping out the XX team. 📈 His Career Path My interest in business started in high school with DECA. At Mizzou, I majored in Business Management and minored in Hotel and Restaurant Management. After college, I joined Save a Lot's district management training program, which brought me to Chicago. Though I loved the city, the program wasn’t the right fit. I spent the next few years exploring different roles and discovered my passion for sales, eventually managing a store for Chicago’s largest mattress company and selling over $1.5 million annually. 🏎️ Joining Xtreme Xperience I wanted to sell something fun and exciting, which is exactly what I found with Xtreme Xperience—driving supercars on the racetrack! I also wanted to work for a smaller company where I wasn’t just a number. XX offered that perfect opportunity. 💡 What Sets XX Apart The dynamic nature of our company is incredible. We can make decisions and implement them quickly without endless meetings and red tape. Teamwork is also a huge part of our success. The challenges and wild nature of what we do require a great team, and that’s what we have at XX. 🔮 Looking Ahead I’m thrilled about the future of the motorsports industry. With the popularity of shows like Netflix’s "Drive to Survive" and other motorsports series, there’s never been more interest in our field. New racetracks are being built, and fan engagement is at an all-time high. This growth presents exciting opportunities for Xtreme Xperience to expand and reach new heights. This morning, while going through my normal routine to prep for the day, I would normally be preparing for an energizing sales meeting at one store or another - customizing the message for the audience as every store culture is unique, with different adaptations of challenges. Saturday morning rev up meetings with a message are my favorite - to see the smiles, knodding heads - the boisterous interaction and getting fired up!! Its game day - when all the hard work from the week, the consistency pays off. Are you stacked with appointments? Team ready for the day? Vehicles prepped and ready for your guests? We all know the one constant about the car biz - change. It has never been more true than right now. Technology, objections, affordability issues, used car acquisition challenges and so much more. I’m right here - reach out and lets get started navigating the rough seas together and have a whole lot of fun doing it!

I'm an honest, generous, always-learning leader with the ability to successfully sell ideas, inspire teams and drive business goals.
The top photo was taken in January 2011, about 5 months after I joined Rodan + Fields. It was an event at the Lexus dealership unveiling our car program — achieve a certain title and receive a monthly stipend towards the Lexus of your choice. I’m not one to run for incentives. That’s never been my thing. I’m not motivated in that way. But if I set a personal goal for myself, you’d better believe I am going to do everything in my power to get there. 💪🏼 I’m an overachiever by nature. I go at my own pace, but I GO! The bottom photo was taken 4.5 years later in November 2015. This was my Lexus celebration event. 🎉 It signified a huge personal accomplishment and a 6-figure income with R+F. During that time, I had a baby (with a 3-year-old at home), a full-time career, and also went through a trying divorce that killed my Rodan + Fields business for a year. Lots of hurdles, maybe a slower pace than I would have liked, but a BIG goal met nonetheless! 🚗 I tell you all of this because my years with R+F were life-changing, but not because of the company. The company and the direct sales channel provided the vehicle to success. The life-changing part came in the form of the people I surrounded myself with. Of course, the products and the opportunity played a role, but the truly remarkable piece was the people… the friendships… the mentors… the leaders… the team. 👉🏼 So, here I am setting and proclaiming my next personal goal with MAKE Wellness and a new-and-improved direct sales channel. I will do it all again… less time… bigger accomplishments. Many of the same amazing people will be alongside me, but many new amazing faces will be in the mix. I’m am so excited! 🙌🏼 I have joined a powerhouse team and am ready to GO! If you are willing to take a chance on me, I promise I will lead with integrity, passion, and lots of grit. So, If you’ve been waiting for a sign to do something BIG, surrounded by a life-changing community of people, come with me! 💕💕 💕 What information can I send to you to get a resounding “yes”?

Top Rated Dealership Sales Trainer and Recruiter In America / sales and service recruiting (including techs!) 🚘 Empower Your Dealership
“Have you ever been in the car business and actually sold cars?”, I was asked. “Besides the fact I was number 2 in America for Cadillac sales, and became a partner at a dealership, not at all", I said, tongue in cheek. My career in automotive has been a little unconventional. I started in the car business in 1988 and never left. How do I stay motivated? I’ve found working at a dealership is the best job in the world when done right. But it can be the hardest job in the world when done wrong. After all of my experience in the car business, when I launched Career Changers USA in 2012, I was able to identify a massive need. Dealers needed highly motivated sales associates, and those employees needed expert training in order to succeed. That's what I do. If your store is struggling to find motivated candidates, maybe it’s time we talk? ♻️ If you think this message could help someone, please share it. 👉 Follow me for more automotive insights.

The road to success in a crowded auto market like Australia is often bumpy. We're witnessing a period of significant change in almost every aspect of the business that's adding even more potential potholes. Cadillac's entry is not without risk and that risk is, I believe, compounded by its choice of a direct-to-consumer retail model. Aussie new car dealers are, in the main, very good at what they do. Fixed price models, omni-channel and hybrid approaches and other variations that tweak the traditional OEM-dealer-consumer path to market are yet to prove their worth in this market. That doesn't mean they wont. Eventually... For now, credit where credit is due, Jess Bala, her Detroit masters and her local Caddy/GMSV team are committed to making the model work. This week she told The AutoExec how... https://lnkd.in/gEMaEnkN

National Director of Strategy @ Dealer Blue Sky 🌥️ Automotive Remarketing Top 40<40 🏆 Strategist, Marketer, Speaker 💡 Helping businesses connect marketing, ops, and leadership to generate higher profits 💪
I have to give it up to Nathanael Greklek and the team at Mohawk Auto Group. Dealers, take notes. Their hard work and dedication is paying off with international praise and an invested audience. I can’t help but watch and smile when I encounter their TikToks and reels. 🤠👀 Sure, viral doesn’t necessary equate to more local vehicles sold. But it can equate to more nationally-delivered vehicles sold. It can improve brand recognition. It can improve brand affinity. It can improve loyalty. Heck, I have a feeling this is also helping improve employee retention (which always equates to improved sales and CSX). Well done, gang!
