This week we had an exciting Diversity Management Training session at Salzburg AG where we explored the multifaceted dimensions of diversity. Diversity at the workplace is not just about the explicit aspects but also the implicit differences that shape how we think, behave, and decide. Managing diversity effectively will lead to higher performance and innovation. Or briefly summarized: Diversity is a fact, Inclusion is an act! Many thanks to the two speakers, Dr. Haniyeh Yousofpour and Sanjay Dhebar, MBA from Leonnova for joining us and sharing their valuable knowledge!

The courage to intervene is one of the most powerful concepts to equip your team with. The courage to say something and the humility to recieve that intervention is simply amazing. It’s such a simple concept, but it takes repeated intentional conversation to establish the culture. It’s like planting a garden, you don’t sow the seeds and come back three months later to reap the harvest rather, you tend to the garden each day to ensure the bounty. The power of caring between peers saves lives. I’m certain of this.

Very happy to share that once again my colleagues voted for me in this amazing recognition, proving that all the hard work done matters. Huge congrats to my other winning collegues also! Matias Aguilar Melisa J. Walter A. Martínez Y. It's a pleasure to work with you. Beyond Excellent was launched in order to find and recognize more excellent individuals, as well as help the team to create a positive working atmosphere, where all colleagues in GWI can nominate peers recognizing and living out the philosophy of long-term/sustainability around you. The 3 key attitudes that are taken into consideration are: - Dare to be first, keep innovating. - Openness and trust, win-win cooperation. - Be down-to-earth and persistent, high quality oriented and long-term.

Founder of Weston Skills Training | Communication & Leadership Training | Specializing in Staff Development & Helping Teams Reach Their Full Potential
This training program stands out to me. Why? Because the staff not only identified how to improve their work environment but also began implementing changes during the program. I truly enjoy training programs where, in between sessions, participants explain what they've done and can physically show the positive changes. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Training at Acino (UAE) Our recent DEI training program at Acino focused on understanding and embracing diversity, equity, and inclusion. We empowered participants to create a more inclusive and innovative work environment. Through practical sessions and action-oriented outcomes, we've seen a significant shift in how teams approach hiring, inter-department collaboration, decision-making, and conflict resolution. The results? A stronger, more cohesive workforce that's ready to drive success through diverse perspectives and inclusive practices. Let's continue to foster workplaces where every voice is heard and valued! #DEI #InclusionMatters #WorkplaceCulture #WestonSkillsTraining #LeadershipDevelopment
