Title: The Vital Role of Medical Professionals in Our Society In the fabric of society, medical professionals are the unsung heroes weaving the threads of health, compassion, and expertise. As pillars of support, they stand at the forefront of our well-being, tirelessly dedicating their lives to healing, comforting, and safeguarding every individual. From the reassuring voice of a nurse to the steady hand of a surgeon, each member of the medical community plays a crucial part in shaping the health landscape of our society. Their commitment extends beyond the confines of hospitals and clinics, reaching into our homes, schools, and communities, where their knowledge and compassion leave an indelible mark on lives. In times of crisis, whether it be a global pandemic or a local emergency, it is the medical professionals who rise to the occasion, selflessly putting themselves in harm's way to protect and preserve life. Their resilience, adaptability, and unwavering dedication serve as a beacon of hope, guiding us through the darkest of times. Yet, their role goes beyond the realm of physical health. Medical professionals are also advocates for social justice, equity, and access to healthcare for all. They challenge systemic injustices, break down barriers, and champion the rights of the marginalized, ensuring that no one is left behind in the pursuit of well-being. As we navigate the complexities of modern life, let us not forget the invaluable contributions of our medical professionals. Let us celebrate their tireless efforts, honor their sacrifices, and pledge our unwavering support as they continue to serve as guardians of our health and champions of our humanity. #HealthcareHeroes #MedicalProfessionals #Society #Healthcare #Compassion

I help doctors to impact healthcare differently |Co-founder Disruptive Doctors® | Entrepreneur | Speaker | Host•Presenter | Medical Doctor | RTT Practitioner | Business Owner
This article is rather misleading. 1. A longer consultation time doesn't mean the doctor is incompetent. Rushing through a consult - which a lot of doctors are forced to do because of the sheer load of patients - is a sure way to misdiagnose a patient. 2. It's not the quality of the doctors that are declining but rather the number of poor quality doctors are increasing because the threshold to getting into med school is now only determined by whether you can pay your way in or not - akin to paying your way up to Mt Everest. 3. It's easy to blame it all on the HOs but the ones that can actually make a difference are the HOD, specialists, the decision makers. There's a clear lack of leadership and proper culture in the gov hospital setting. I've once worked in a department where the HOD implemented blanket bans on drugs instead of educating and empowering her MOs. There's clearly a lot that needs to be done instead of just putting blame on the younger generation. At Disruptive Doctors it's our mission to make changes in healthcare and help doctors impact healthcare on a larger scale. We have Leadership courses for both doctors in leadership positions and self-leadership for young doctors. Connect with me to find out more! #healthcare #leadership #doctors #careers Dr Vivek Subramaniam https://lnkd.in/gpPEuAuA
"But the very real fact is that the doctors produced now are less and less qualified to practise medicine. This is an issue that has also been years in the making. A doctor who cannot be taught is extremely dangerous. The worrying trend is that many of the reliable ones have quit for greener pastures" #medicolegal #healthcare #medicolegal
