Ever notice how failure can be less daunting than excuses? Here's a truth we often overlook. It's easier to move from failure to success than it is to move from excuses to success. Why? Let's break it down: Failures teach → Every setback is a lesson. ↳ Excuses, on the other hand, block growth. They create a barrier. When's the last time you let courage take the wheel? In 2016, I took a courageous step. I listed my top 10 fears and committed to facing each one. My 1 fear was heights. So, I went skydiving. It was terrifying and freeing all at once. This wasn't just about overcoming a single fear. It was about a journey of self-discovery and growth. Each fear I faced taught me invaluable lessons. Fear 2? Going on a cruise ship. My husband reminds me it's the only one left on that list. Here's what I've learned: ↳Inside our minds, different emotions compete for control. ↳Fear might try to take the wheel, but it's not the only voice. When you face your fears, you give other emotions a chance to drive. → Courage speaks up. → Determination takes the lead. In overcoming fear, we find our own strength. We realize that fear, while loud, is not the only player in our story. Every fear faced is a chapter in our personal growth. It's about turning the page to discover what lies beyond.
