Team - I need help with reoccurring issues with my washing machine 1) changed the pcb in October 2023 from LG electronics as the machine display and functions were affected (RNP231004038507) 2) started receiving the same issue in the machine from July 2024 onwards. Raised a new complaint with LG (RNP240723013725). Engineer visited and cleaned up the pcb and says everything is fine and no pcb changed required. I paid 826 Rs as service charges. 3) Yesterday, again we started recei the issue and again raised a new complaint with LG (240725045052). Got a call from the engineer now and after explaining the issue, he said pcb change is required. Question for you - I understand that the replaced part warranty is for 6 months however I am surprised to see that a new genuine part from LG is not even last long for 2-3 years? What is the quality which LG is offering to its customers? Better then this a customer can go and get the pcb repaired from the local market as even they give 3-6 months warranty in half the price LG is charging. If a customer has to replace the PCB every year what cost will he be bearing for the machine? On behalf of LG, can you pls comment why do we have to suffer like this even after of we take genuine spare part

RNP240801083571 disappointed with the quality of my LG fridge. Just 30 days ago, I faced a cooling issue and had an LG engineer visit to resolve it. The gas was refilled, I was charged ₹2700 for the service. Now, within a month, I'm experiencing the same cooling problem again.
