1mo⚠️ LG Brazil discontinues parts and leaves customers stranded! ⚠️ I bought an LG air conditioner in 2018, always did proper maintenance, but after just 6 years, it stopped working. I contacted several repair services, until one finally identified the issue: a defective condenser board. The worst part? I was willing to pay for the part and fix the unit, but LG discontinued it without offering any alternative. So, it was up to me to throw away a R$5,000 product. This is a complete lack of respect for customers! If you need a part after 5 years, forget it! LG just washes its hands and leaves you with the loss. Never buying from them again! 🚨
