I regret to share my dissatisfaction with the level of service provided by LG. I acquired an LG AC unit last year, and unfortunately, due to apparent negligence in service, the unit experienced a gas leak issue. Despite my attempts to seek assistance via emails and calls, I have not received a satisfactory response from any level within the organization, from junior executives to upper management. This lack of responsiveness has left me frustrated and concerned about the quality of service provided.  Below is my complaint number if in case you guys bothered to connect – RNP240717026648

I have been trying to reach your team via email and phone for the past two weeks, but I have not received a response. This lack of communication is highly disappointing and concerning. There is an effort to avoid addressing my issue, which suggests there may be an acknowledgment of fault on your end.

What use is Customer-centric design. When the customer service is terrible and bad. 3F is equal to 3P Poor service Poor timelines Poor communication
