Featuring 320 co-living studios and over 1,400 sqm of light industrial space for local enterprises, Hardess Yard is our largest co-living scheme to date. Delivered in collaboration with Mitheridge Capital Management and designed by PLP Architecture, the development will include extensive amenities, including workspaces, resident lounges, communal kitchens, a state-of-the-art gym, and external spaces including a roof terrace and pocket park. Located on the fringe of the Brixton Creative Enterprise Zone, Hardess Yard will target WELL Platinum and BREEAM Outstanding certifications, demonstrating our commitment to sustainability.
