Next from the line-up, our Dive Surface Valve, or DSV. DSVs are the human to breathing atmosphere interface on closed circuit rebreather apparatus. Our DSVs are incorporated into our commercially available rebreathers, and have been OEMd for other production units. This DSV does a few things that are better than the rest - very easy one hand actuation, allows fixing common off the shelf HUD brackets, and most importantly promotes a clean breathing hose orientation tight to the cheeks given the 120-degree swiveling hose adapters. The 120 angle prevents wide loops that tend to snag and also cause mouth discomfort on long dives. This product was the result of a strategic partnership that afforded low volume but more sophisticated manufacturing techniques, and a shared interest in investing in the future.
