I had a great time leading a presentation on the transformative impacts of empathy and perception in scaling a business with ethics! 3 Key takeaways: 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆 𝗗𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Never underestimate the simple yet profound impact of genuinely connecting with others. The preamble chin-wag isn’t just small talk; it’s the bridge to understanding deeper needs and priorities, enabling us to tailor our solutions more effectively. 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘄𝘁𝗵 𝗕𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗮 𝗖𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: The journey to success is best taken when we are grounded in our core values. For me, it's a cascade from personal well-being to nurturing relationships and then channelling energy into Saphi Engineering's vision. Understanding that physical and mental health are paramount, as they lay the foundation upon which everything else is built, followed by the richness of relationships that research shows are essential for a meaningful life, and finally, our professional pursuits that drive us forward. 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗹𝘆 𝗘𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴: The value we deliver must resonate with the value perceived by clients. Communication is the bridge between hard work and recognition.
