KeyShot 2024.3 just dropped. Here's what's new. For power users, this is all good news. KeyShot have been using Visune interior scenes to test and develop these features, and our team has been providing feedback throughout the development process. We supplied some of our worst case scenarios so we know there’s huge improvements around our biggest friction points. We noticed a marked improvement when working on some of our largest scenes which buys us headroom to undertake more ambitious projects and drastically speeds up our day-to-day. KeyShot have some momentum right now and need to follow this though into a big 2025 release. Other software providers such as Adobe, Unreal Engine, Gravity Sketch, Midjourney and Vizcom are frequently bringing our game-changing tools. It’s time for KeyShot to take some gambles and evolve too. Aside from that big technological advancement, here’s what want to see: - Ability to animate anything that’s driven by a number value. - Aspect ratio baked into individual image styles or cameras. - More user-friendly adjustments for physical lights. - Visible UV unwrapping and option to move flat regions on a chart. - Render output presets. - Option to dock the Material Graph. - New procedural texture or geometry eg. Creases. What would you like to see in the next release?

Building Great Products
4moI want Keyshot to be less buggy. Issues like the render output not matching the preview & is a massive time-sink when it happens. Sometimes environment settings arbitrarily change after crashes as well which is not pleasant, makes the program feel tempamental & flaky.
