You don’t have to be joyful during the holidays. If you have lost loved ones like me, holidays can bring complicated emotions. Today is a very low day for me. I miss my grandparents and my two babies terribly. Here is how I am helping myself: 1) I am gentle on myself 2) I am allowing time to process 3) I am asking for help from supportive people 4) I will remember and talk about my loved ones You are not alone. I hope the above strategies will help you too. Maple Tree Counselling Restore Integrative Medical Clinic #counselling #mentalhealth #selfcare #therapy
