Now you'll know! 📞 Our friends at Virgin Media O2 have launched their new feature Brand ID, a caller identification technology designed to provide O2 customers with greater confidence and certainty about incoming calls. Powered by voice security leader Hiya Inc., this technology verifies caller information, reducing unknown and potentially fraudulent calls. Research from Hiya shows that 46% of unidentified calls are ignored, and 92% of people suspect them to be scams.
