January was a complex month, with plenty of cross-winds including the winding back of exuberance about the timing of rate cuts, and tensions in the middle east. However, more evidence of continued robustness in the US economy, and a resumption of the narrative about AI's transformational capability saw the "Magnificent 7" become the "Fab 4" and (at time of writing), equity markets had added another 4.8% YTD in euro terms. #investing #markets
