Another great break out example in Etherium the break out occured from the opposite direction breaking the up trend momentum that the consolidation face had created. Although the break out confirmation had happened is very crucial to monitor the price direction and assess the situation for any case of reversal in that case i decided its best to close my position in my first TP target of 2551.74 for a risk to reward of 1:3.4. $ETH: Ether needs to achieve a higher b-wave in yellow to maintain its position above $2,975 support. My confidence in its capacity to accomplish this is reducing. The white scenario illustrates the likely scenario if the yellow scenario does not materialise, which involves breaking through support to land between $2,740 and $2,300. This scenario would also change my scenario on the daily chart. Regarding the micro structure, I anticipate at least one more decline in the yellow scenario, aiming near $3,110. I assume the price will test $2,975 next but I will keep an eye on the area around $3,110 for an impulsive reaction in the yellow scenario. #ETH #Ethereum #ElliottWave #BullMarket
