Sometimes life can be overwhelming, frustrating, exhausting, and/or *fill in the blank*. We get bogged down in all of the internal and external things going on in our world and/or the world in general. It can have a significant impact on our mental wellness and health. Today I remind us to focus on things we can control. When life feels like it’s too much, practise the pause and remind yourself of what you can control and let go of the rest. It will be what it will be, whether you think about it or not will not change anything.
