My 4.5 years at Intel Corporation was one of the most productive, delivering many transformational tech and working with truly talented people. However, I often felt lost in a sea of people, projects, and processes—held back and unable to reach my full potential. Whenever I took the initiative to build or fix something impactful, I was frequently questioned: Why was I doing this? Was it part of my role? Wasn’t someone else responsible?
