1moHi I am reaching out you for an online order 1204743974 Two products (zink london) already picked up since a week and i have received message as well that product is picked and has passed quality check Refund not initiated yet amd customer care is saying that product isnt picked up I have shared screenshot of message and video as well(from camera that is installed at our home)where delivery agent is picking up the product It is been a week and i have reached out to customer care and social media team but noone seems to be of help and they have written a very rude message that they cant accommodate my request Is this a joke?? Despite sharing the screenshot and video, how can you not process the refund Please understand that i dont have that much time to follow up on this issue everyday
