Reflecting on the first half of the year so far has been one of the biggest learning experiences of my life. 📚 As the reality sinks in, in less than a few weeks, Schibsted will embark on a new journey of Media and Marketplace. This really marks a pivotal moment as we pave the way for two separate paths filled with some unknown but lots of potential growth opportunities. 🌱 While change can be bittersweet, it's also a time for growth and evolution. It’s official. I’ll return to media! And not just to any media company. I’m coming home to Schibsted Media ✨ As a newly formed independent company, fully owned by Tinius Trust, Schibsted Media has a unique opportunity to shape its own long-term ambition & strategy and to tune its operating model to be an even stronger pure media player. And I get to support exactly that! 🚀 After a long summer break I will start as Senior Advisor to Siv, Schibsted Media’s CEO, and her management team. I was very determined to take a more strategic role after leaving Oda to support while I learn instead of diving straight into another operational leader role, and I was thrilled about getting this opportunity. There are several reasons for why this excites me so much. First of all, I love being in front of major formative shifts where I get to help outline long-term ambitions holistically while securing a fast and effective start towards it. Secondly, getting to work a mission that matters daily for people and colleagues who passionately care is really motivating. Finally, this places me right in the AI frontline, which speaks perfectly to the tech side of me. Alright. I hit $10K a month, 6 months after landing my first client. To go from few thousands to 10k and scale beyond that, I had to change things... When you're a solopreneur of a service business, it takes 3 things to hit first few dollars. 1. A high-value skill... 2. A personal brand... 3. Patience... That's what really helped kickstart my journey after I left my remote job. But to scale it further, you have to change your go-to strategy. For me, that meant to: • Take risk... • Hire and scale some talent... • Break free from a perfectionist mindset... All while sticking to the things that brought me to there. It's simple: I had to trust in people's work to have more time for a few high-impact activities that only I can do. Well, I did make some wrong decisions and failed at things along the way. But if you keep adjusting and moving forward, you'll achieve that milestone 🚀

My journey at Transferz 🚀 🌙 Starting out: I joined as a Customer Support Agent, working night shifts. I handled calls, chats, and tickets 📨, and soon discovered my passion for escalations ⚡—resolving disputes 💵 and managing complaints while protecting key relationships 🌍🤝. ☀️ Morning shift transition: Moving to the morning team brought higher workloads 📈 and closer collaboration with colleagues 👥, including the Netherlands team. I began contributing feedback 💡 and taking on new challenges. 🎉 Highlight moment: When the CEO visited, I teamed up with two colleagues to present "Building Bridges" 🛠️🌉—a proposal on how agile methodologies 🚀 could be applied to improve Customer Support. 🎯 Specializing in escalations: My role evolved to focus on escalations, reducing time on general queries and prioritizing professional, precise resolution of disputes. ✨ What’s next? After 2+ years, I’m stepping into a new chapter 📖 at Transferz starting December 1st. Stay tuned for Monday’s big reveal! 😁
