You know, everybody likes to talk about the famous quotes, probably Simon Sinek. I believe if you're working with passion or you're doing something in passion, you're not really working a day in your life. And I did not experience that to be the case because I was a very passionate little Unicorn leader all throughout my life, starting first time I ever detasseled corn, which was my first job living in Central Illinois. And so I did not experience that. If you were passionate about it, it would be enough because honestly, what I experienced in most spaces, specifically those. Corporate driven was judgment and harsh criticism and a constant full upon me to show up in ways that were not authentic to who I was and to the person that I was striving really hard to be calm. So that ultimately is what led me to leave corporate America and begin the journey of Lighthouse Leadership Consultants, which is now transitioning into a lot of great opportunities. And so that's what leads me here to you today.
