I have learnt much from David, and this reminder of what he deals with daily, yet still shows up, is simply why I am constantly inspired by the consumer partners I work with, and strive to improve their experience and conditions. The consumer workforce is undervalued and under supported for the work they do, largely out off a desire to forge a better path for those that follow. It is time their experience is valued and supported as much as those with ‘degrees’ in the health and research sector.
