The Long Dark is a term used to acknowledge a period of great change and transition. Here, being in darkness is considered a place of unbound fertility, a space of both unknown and deep soulful work. This work, done alone in private ways, is what can feel terrifying and overwhelming. But navigated together, with the intention of deep compassion and commitment, is transformational and empowering.
