📰AIN: Brazilian State Bank Funds Eve Air Mobility's eVTOL Aircraft Factory "Brazil’s national development bank, BNDES, has agreed to an $88 million loan for Eve Air Mobility to support work on the company’s eVTOL aircraft production line at Taubaté in São Paulo state. The funding, announced on October 15, follows an earlier $92.5 million line of credit approved by the government-backed bank in 2022 to support development of the four-passenger vehicle that the Embraer offshoot is looking to bring to market in 2026." 🔎Full article: https://lnkd.in/eUQgyzaj #Lilium #eVTOL $LILM #Funding

Menno van Diermen this has nothing to do with the situation in any way that Lilium is in, nor the purpose for the funding. Eve Air Mobility have a full scale aircraft, Embraer and other funders have put their cash in, the company is well financed, and they haven't burned through 1.4BN Euros with nothing tangible in relation to the end result in sight. The BNDES loan a local employment initiative, not a fund bailing out a company because of a continued and massively flawed decisions by people that don't understand what they are doing, but continue doing the same thing continually hoping for a different outcome? I feel for some of the brilliant engineers at Lilium and for the mom & pop investors right now who have lost a fortune. The truth is that the senior management team and certain board members must be culled if Lilium is to survive, new thinking ad decisive common sense people must be installed. However here and now it is the responsibility and in the best interest of of the major investors to demand immediate changes in management and the board to install common sense into the venture. The brazilian state supports their eVTOL industry because the country has a #STRATEGY, just like the USA and China. Let that sink… and then consider again, why the german government is not supporting this new industry.

Lilium I am afraid the most recent posts I have read from you are simply showing your desperation, and they would scare the hell out of me as an investor. Are you sure this is the correct way of trying to get help? Eve is owned by Embraer, the third largest aircraft manufacturing company in the world. They have something of their own to respond if it fails (unfortunately I believe they will fail with the multirotor design, as most other competitors that have decided to go this way).

Thanks Lilium, this again proofs that government support is regular. This is the case for almost 100 years. As flying dutchman Anthony Fokker experienced in the roary twenties.

Ahora siendo malo lo mas sensato sería vender las acciones de Lillium y comprar las de Eve, pero vamos a esperar...

This is for retail investors: Rule of Benjamin Graham - air companies are always having huge expenses that often lead to losses vs profits. Even if companies are growing their expenses are always growing unsustainably more, that is the nature of business. So buying this stocks are substantially high risk from stock price crash as they always have longer period of stock price decline then growth. It goes same with USA car stocks.

Sharing a competitor’s (positive) news in this way is unprecedented for an aviation OEM. Let alone a fledgling one. Eve is also the sister of the world’s best selling light jet - for many years. And the only VLJ still in production #Phenom100
