The more I learn about carbon credits, the more I appreciate companies leaning into this opportunity to build a new market around these key decarbonization tools. I left climate week filled with pragmatic optimism for our climate future. There is much work to be done, but the advancements are quickly going to scale and transform our impact on the environment in my lifetime. I see tremendous potential in the new energy economy, such as efforts by Drax Group on carbon capture, coupled with the launch of Elimini, to reframe how we operate sustainably to meet climate goals in the very near term.
