Limerick Twenty Thirty DAC’s Post

Limerick Twenty Thirty and the Technological University of the Shannon (TUS) have signed a memorandum of understanding to develop the 10-acre Cleeves Riverside Quarter! This exciting new plan will bring up to 1,700 students, along with student accommodation and college lecture spaces, to the development. In total, the project will include around 500 accommodation units, with nearly half dedicated to student housing. The designs for the residential elements and public realm are already complete, and the addition of the university campus will further enhance the scheme. In 2025, we will submit the first of a two-phased planning application, which will include public realm, housing, and heritage works. Phase 2 will follow, featuring the LTT-TUS partnership. Great news and congrats to all. It will revitalise the whole area. I passed it every day on my way to school. We wondered how such a pungent odour could produce the most delicious toffees.
