Intense ... that's the only word I would use to describe what the last 2 quarters have been for us at CogniSwitch. Between onboarding new customers, endless conversations with partners, prospects, our conviction in the problem statement and what we are building has only gone higher. But then here's what hits differently. This is the first call - we are excited but I have no expectations. This is just an intro call. Barely halfway through the demo, the product leader interrupted us, and asked - "if you're open to it, I would love to introduce you to another company I work with" There is customers buying subscription, customers referring and then there is prospects reemphasising that GenAI reliability is a problem that's far from solved. Following our big OCTIO.io announcement, I have received a lot of positive memos and messages wishing us luck. Thank you for that. To build on this wave, I would like to re-iterate the OCTIO PROBLEM / SOLUTION. When making our product, we had #sales and #customersupport representatives most in mind. This also applies to #ae #sdr #bdr #gtm and all inbound / outbound B2C teams alike. We found through our experience that the amount of chat apps being used for outreach is excessive. Existing solutions, are either too expensive for Small Businesses, Start-ups, #solopreneurs or they require some training to get an outsourced employee up to par. Additionally, some businesses have very valuable lead data and considering the amount of data leaks / hacks that affect SaaS platforms we have an additional #uniquevalueproposition to counter act this problem. Our software is able to deploy on any virtual #ubuntu 22.04 server. This means that the database, the code, the power to innovate and add integrations or features is all in YOUR hands. That's why we created OCTIO.io. To give the power back to the people who need it most - the customer. To give you a quick idea of what you are going to be able to do with the current BETA version: 1. Send out MASS messages on #whatsapp or telegram 2. Invite team members to collaborate / respond directly to you chat without the customer having multiple contacts for the same company 3. Oversee your team with analytics, and decide the flow of inbound chats 4. Create quick WhatsApp / Telegram links for your website And more!
