Can online learning accommodate peer learning methods? Teaching and training online can be a challenging and different environment. At the same time, online courses can offer excellent tools for sharing knowledge between learners. What tools are there for peer learning? 💻 Discussion forums - Likely the easiest tool to implement are discussion forums. Learners can share their experiences or results and comment on other entries. 📈 Peer reviews - in formal learning peer reviews are often easy to integrate into feedback process. They can contribute value and make teacher's work easier. 📚 Group works - Online courses are a good environment for group projects, even when learning is remote. #onlinelearning #peerlearning #digitalpedagogy #digitalization #lms #workseed

I find that blended learning is one of the best approaches to EdTech because of its flexibility and because it helps all different learning styles by combining traditional classrooms with a personalized pace that you can do yourself. It doesn't have the engagement problems that traditional classrooms have, and as a teacher, you can act really well as a guide to their education. To improve student attention and focus during lectures, in a "hybrid" learning environment, it can be useful to provide guided notes. They can provide a structured framework for students to follow during lectures, helping them stay engaged, organize information, and reinforce key concepts. Plus, they can serve as a handy study guide later on! Guided notes can include outlines or lecture slides with missing words, note-taking space, key definitions, and targeted questions. These elements help students actively participate in the learning process, fill in the gaps, and deepen their understanding of the material. #EDLT3110_SP24_m71_R2
