Our Corporate Advisory & Solutions group had the privilege of serving as the owner’s representative for Riot Games during the transformation of its new Seattle facility from a warehouse into a state-of-the-art remote broadcast center. We’re excited to share that the space is now nominated for NAIOP Washington State’s Office Interior of the Year, and we’d love your support! Artist John Pugh depicts the Greek goddess Artemis emerging from the walls of the Venture Palace. This stunning artwork pushes boundaries, symbolizing the potential for AI to propel human advancement, echoing the cultural wave of ancient Greece.    We believe in creating spaces that foster collaboration. Public art plays a crucial role in this vision.
