Is there anything more adult than having your routine furnace maintenance turn into a "red tagging?" To be fair, I kinda knew it was coming. But I want to take this opportunity to share what I love about Air Mechanical Inc. I've been in the client service business my entire life from grocery stories, gas stations, rec center, gyms and now my own business and I respect good service and I become a repeat customer. (they have replaced my water heater, toilet, air conditioner and now furnace) ✅ Their scheduling can be done automatically on their website or you can call. ✅ If you need a special time, they will work to make that happen. ✅ The tech calls when they are 15 mins away AND they send a picture of the tech via text message with their information. (which being a female alone at home, is important to me for safety purposes). ✅ They are professional, tell you exactly what is wrong and don't try to oversell you (in my experience). ✅ Their process from tech, sales person to install is always smooth and fast. ✅ Their started a membership program which has helped me to remember my maintenance appointments and get my appliances serviced. ✅ Everyone is nice and personable. Shout out to Ian who showed up and said "I've been to your house before, you have gymnastics stuff on your ceiling." Yes, yes we do (we have a pull up type rig on our ceiling). Even though he delivered bad news, we had great conversation and I trust his recommendation. I like to think about the way other companies do business in order to inspire me in my business. They have a great customer booking system, smooth and thorough day of service communication and bottom line - they do a good job.

Mobile Service Explosive Growth Strategist / Fearless Creator / Ferocious Innovator / Humble Collaborator
5 MAJOR Dealer Mobile Upfit Pain Points…IDENTIFIED & SOLVED Part 2 of 5 Quality Issues: Sharing an experience from a recent Mobile Service program launch, where a Dealer had received their Mobile Service van a few months before but had NEVER used it. During the launch training, we faced several quality issues that needed immediate attention. Firstly, the charging station was not receiving power, hindering the rechargeable tools' functionality. The Shop Foreman had to step in to diagnose and fix the wiring problem, diverting valuable time from his day. Additionally, an oil leak from the dispenser pump surfaced due to improper assembly during upfitting, leading to a messy cleanup process. Further inspection revealed damaged hoses, highlighting the importance of thorough equipment checks on-site. Moral of the story? Mistakes happen, emphasizing the necessity of hands-on on-site equipment inspections with Technicians. Rapid>Fit stands out as the ONLY upfitter in the USA offering on-site installations, ensuring real-time issue resolution. Taking upfitting to the Next>Level.

"Auto parts colleagues, today focus on the crankcase ventilation valve assembly. This component is elegantly designed for engine health. It effectively balances the pressure in the crankcase, removes oil and gas, reduces carbon accumulation, and improves fuel efficiency. As a trainer, I advocate everyone to establish knowledge self-charging awareness, continuous improvement, in order to climb the peak of the industry, to achieve a higher realm. Let's go hand in hand and shine professionally in the auto parts field!"-----Crankcase: The upper crankcase is cast into one with the cylinder block, and the lower crankcase is used to store lubricating oil and close the upper crankcase, so it is also called the oil pan diagram. The force on the oil pan is very small, generally made of thin steel sheet stamping, and its shape depends on the overall arrangement of the engine and the capacity of the oil. The oil pan is equipped with an oil stabilizer baffle to prevent the oil level from fluctuating too much when the car is moving. The bottom of the oil pan is also equipped with an oil drain plug, which is usually equipped with a permanent magnet to absorb metal chips in the lubricating oil and reduce engine wear. A liner is installed between the upper and lower crankcase joints to prevent oil leakage. N20 engine crankcase ventilation profile. It can be seen that the entire PCV and oil-gas separation are integrated in the valve chamber cover. (1) It is a gas leakage pipeline leading to the supercharger after the air filter under the pressurization mode. (2) and (8) are two one-way valves that control whether the PCV is in self-priming or booster mode. (3) is a pressure regulator (PCV valve/waste gas valve). (4) is a reed oil and gas separator. (5) Oil and gas separator. (6) is a gas collecting chamber. (7) valve. (9) is a gas leakage channel leading to the intake manifold in two self-priming modes.

If a shaker could talk: Ugh, can we talk about preventive maintenance? My insides feel like a forgotten gym sock. Dust bunnies the size of hamsters are building condos in my slip table, and the lubrication? Don't even get me started – drier than a desert skull. Look, I get it. Shaking things all day is hard work, but ignoring TLC is a recipe for disaster. Next thing you know, my armature will overheat, or worse, I'll throw a whole tantrum and seize up. Then what? Downtime, repairs, lost productivity – a whole heap of trouble you could avoid with a little care. Think of it like this: a little love now saves a whole lot of ouch (and $$) later. Keep me clean, keep me lubricated, and I'll keep shaking things up for years to come. Trust me, a happy shaker is a productive shaker! https://buff.ly/3v6zBtb
