Last week, a selected group of senior leaders had the opportunity to gather in Lausanne for the 8th annual Lindt & Sprüngli #IMD Senior Leadership Program.
Through coaching sessions and team-building activities, the participants strengthened their #leadership skills and strategic mindset to successfully guide their teams in a rapidly evolving business landscape.
In addition, participants engaged in fruitful discussions on topics such as digital transformation, the use of artificial intelligence, and sustainability. Today we have been continuing our Transformational Leadership programme with Leaders from across Europe.
As always, we focus on demonstrable, tangible and practical actions that our Leaders can take to encourage behavioural change within their businesses.
As we have already defined their individual personal brands and their leadership styles it’s time to continue our journey with a #mulitpliers refresher ( it’s been over 3 months since we’ve last been together), then our dynamic innovation sprint.
But as they say “ Actions speak louder than words” so creating a sustainable action plan that will improve profitability and enhance customer satisfaction was our key objective.
