The intention with the company has allowed me to develop my professional skills which I've learned such as you know, technical skills, data analysis, whilst having the opportunity to work in a very dynamic data up environment. He can understand the exact objective of what we are trying to achieve, and then we come up with the action item right after the discussion ends. I think this one is very, very meaningful of seeing him growing. We treat interns as our member Thai help us create a tool to help team productivity. He also support and implement the feature that improve our platform and right now he works on the important project along with the team. I'm very grateful that the team allowed me to work on mid to long term project and this has allowed me to not provide my technical skills. I think one thing that we usually do is that we keep asking the question and discussing on what we are trying to achieve like why are we doing this, how we gonna do that.
