My arch nemesis makes a good point on two things. 1. It reminds me of the conclusion we derived after using GitHub Copilot the first few days. Why did it save time? Because we typed less. Why did that matter? Because the QWERTY keyboard layout isn't exactly the most friendly layout for programming (unless you use a lot of chords and that's a different story). Small things, but saves 40 seconds of typing. It was a versatile/time savings tool. 2. If your phone system isn't linked to your CRM and tracking calls, emails, voicemails, etc automatically, you're doing a disservice to everyone. Same idea, it's their most versatile tool. Without these features, your "AI" dreams will come crashing down before they ever get started.
