Employees care about productivity gains, as do their employers, of course. But then where to start with deploying "AI for productivity"? Here's the thing: In today's digital world, software takes center stage in driving innovation and transformation. Hence it's not just employee productivity but DEVELOPER PRODUCTIVITY that enterprise leaders need to consider and prioritize immediately. Applying AI for any/all departmental productivity gains is not specific or focused enough for you to maximize your organizational innovation and outcomes for your customers. 1.
