Take Pictures. → If you ask me about one thing, I wish I had learned before turning 25, it's the importance of documenting my moments. I hardly ever take pictures. → I've been in the amazing places, met incredible personalities, and interacted with great men in the industry, but I don't have pictures to prove my experiences or story. → If I tell you that I met Benjamin Fernandes, the founder & CEO of NALA during its ideation phase, you might not believe me. But now you will, because I have attached a picture. → If I tell you that I have met someone famous or had breakfast with president, you might not believe me because I lack the supporting evidence. → Now, I'm learning to document both my successes and failures, so that I can back up my stories in the future. P.S. Let us #connect.

Today, we were privileged to host the remarkable Mike King at Serko Ltd., where he delivered a profound discourse on vulnerability and the essence of being a Good Human—coincidentally, one of Serko's newly instated Guiding Principles. In the context of a corporate or organizational environment, embodying the traits of a good human entails a myriad of qualities. It means fostering a culture where individuals genuinely care for one another, where empathy reigns supreme, and where the rich tapestry of diverse perspectives and backgrounds is not just acknowledged but celebrated. It involves being mindful and respectful in our interactions, and acknowledging and celebrating the small victories along our collective journey. Mike King epitomizes the transformative power of good intentions. His message was delivered with a rare blend of candor and finesse, leaving an indelible mark on our consciousness. It was a potent blend of provocation and introspection, challenging us to confront uncomfortable truths while resonating deeply with our shared humanity. In a world often characterized by cutthroat competition and relentless pursuit of profit, Mike's words serve as a poignant reminder of the imperative to prioritize the well-being of our people and the communities we serve. Indeed, workplaces imbued with the ethos of goodness have the potential to catalyze positive change, both within and beyond their walls. For it is in nurturing the goodness within ourselves and others that we truly thrive as individuals, organizations, and as a society at large. #WEARESERKO #beagoodhuman

Cert Eng was the importance of fostering a supportive work culture. To retain top talent in the engineering and built environment sectors, companies must offer flexibility, opportunities for growth, and a work-life balance that empowers employees to thrive. As we prepare to share more insights from Bontle, let’s take this opportunity to reflect on how we, too, can adapt and grow in our professional journeys. #TalentRetention #WorkLifeBalance #BontleMtshengu #SupportiveWorkCulture #FlexibilityAtWork #EngineeringExcellence

Our #Holi celebrations were a vibrant explosion of joy, perfectly reflecting the passionate and energetic spirit we are cultivating! But Holi's significance goes beyond the colours. It's a beautiful reminder of new beginnings, letting go of inhibitions, cutting down biases, and embracing equity. This resonated deeply as we embark on the next phase of our growth journey. 💡Did you know? We, Reflections Info Systems, are among 71 #indiancompanies [𝒑𝒐𝒔𝒊𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒅 𝒂𝒕 🎯63𝒓𝒅 𝒂𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒈 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒕𝒐𝒑 500] who made it into the sixth annual "𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡-𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐬𝐢𝐚-𝐏𝐚𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜 2024" report, jointly released by the Financial Times and Statista, a data company. According to Gartner, 88% of leaders believe a strong company #culture is a competitive advantage. Beyond the proven certifications, including achievement of #𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘱𝘭𝘢𝘤𝘦𝘵𝘰𝘸𝘰𝘳𝘬 𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘪𝘳𝘴𝘵 𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘦𝘮𝘱𝘵, we are fostering a culture fueled by 📌𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐌𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐞𝐭: We embrace learning and continuous improvement, just like the spirit of spring symbolized by Holi. 🏆𝐎𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩: We empower individuals to take charge and paint their own success stories. It’s time for some really big news! We are excited! Last year, we had an amazing new person join our team to focus on a social impact experiment we were working on. Now, we have decided to make the “Social Impact Coordinator” role permanent!! When I first started Sarjesa, what feels like a million years ago, I knew that reducing violence towards women was the most important thing to me. I had some ideas about how to have impact but as the business and my understanding of violence towards women grew, the ways that we view impact began to evolve and expand. Last year, it became clear that we needed more hands on this part of the business. We needed more experimentation, more measurement, and more storied reporting. This work and the role is so important to the business. In a lot of ways, it’s like caring for the soul of Sarjesa. With this additional capacity we will be diving deeply into items including our: - supply chain - community impacts - plant sustainability - life of packaging - small growing experiments - workplace impacts Last year, we added a lot of new roles. We learned to be very specific and hire folks who a) actually enjoyed making tea and b) could bring valuable skills and perspective to the work. Together, we wrote processes and shaped culture. What I’ve learned is that having the right folks on the team is such a weight lifting experience. It gives me so much peace to know that important pieces of the business (quality, social impact, sales, production, etc) are being stewarded and supported by folks much more savvy than myself. This is just the beginning! Everyone, say hi to Jasmine Navarro. You might see her or Sam Seto on calls instead of me. If this happens, cheer loudly because these two are the best. #sarjesa

At karmadharma, we’ve always believed that personal growth fuels professional transformation. Over the last few months, that belief has become our reality. We’ve seen our team evolve in ways that stretch far beyond job titles or daily tasks. It’s about who we’re becoming as individuals—and how that shapes our collective culture and the services we deliver. Our latest milestone? A conscious shift toward embracing personal growth as a core part of our professional journey. It’s not just about adding more clients or expanding our portfolio (though that’s exciting too!). It’s about the deeper changes that come from within, the ones that ripple through every meeting, project, and conversation. How do you weave personal growth into your work? Are you embracing transformation, both inside and outside the office? Let’s keep asking these questions as we walk this path together.
