Play! Games are great for development, guidance, and support. You can practice different skills through play. Allow yourself to become a child again for a while! I learned English as a child by playing English-language computer games (there were simply no translations at the time). I learned to type quickly by playing text-based games (where all commands had to be entered in text). And today I played Mafia (Werewolf) game. It was informative! The game helped me to observe people's reactions and behavior in different situations. And I also became convinced that logic can handle situations just as well as intuition, observing people, or the art of communication. This was my personal aha moment today. After all, playing allows you not only to pump up your weaker competencies but also to find or confirm your strengths. #play #game #thoughts #personaldevelopment #development
