Link has kicked off its new project in Prologis Park at AIPO Buildings 100 and 200—Orlando’s Premiere Industrial Business Park. Designed by C4 Architecture, these two class A warehouse facilities will be tilt-up structures that include two tenant improvement builds for each facility. The two rear-load buildings will comprise Building 100 with 136,527 square- feet and Building 200 with 109,446 square feet, respectively, with a 32-foot clear height, concrete truck courts, loading doors, ESFR fire protection systems, and LED lighting.
