Back in February, we had the pleasure of hosting Tom Barrett from the NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water. Claire Herbert from the University of Manitoba participated in this session discussing an internal data management portal, Data4me. In the video, Claire explains how #datavisualisation is beneficial for researchers in presenting their technical data. Because I manage your research data portal which we share science research through umm so we set up with link digital R secant site. In the sense that we manage major projects and under them are sub projects, so kind of set up the way you have. But I really like the fact that people can then do that extra piece, which is take data from multiple portals and put them in their own project page. That's where I see a huge amount of value for scientists. And learning environments, so I work in the university, so teaching students and as well as we work with Indigenous and community based people. So giving them that space to have them collect all of the different data portals. So showing the value of having multiple repositories as well as being able to, for people to put that in one place. And that's why I asked about the visualization, even if it's a static image. So a researcher creates one of The thing is sometimes researchers are worried about how their data is going to be presented. So a researcher creates a, an infographic, which is what. Work with them on. To say this is a summary of our data and what it means and if that could then be presented on the page. The power of the visualization is speaks to people a lot more than also having the data so. Yeah, I really like what you've done, so thank you.

Today, MOSL's Head of Data, Liz D'Arcy, attended the #BIM4WATER Spring Conference in London to learn more about the #data directive from the UK information management framework mandate.
