Navigating a career change is something Paralympic swimmer Matt Levy knows all too well. After retiring from competitive swimming in 2022, the three-time gold medallist had to rebuild his career as a corporate professional in financial services. "For me, one of the biggest tips for transitioning is make sure you have people around you that you can trust, have people in your inner circle that are not afraid to give you feedback and call you out on what you can do better," he tells LinkedIn News Australia.
