Work when you work. Relax when you relax. Smile when you smile. Cry when you cry. Don't forget to be you. Regards, Pûshkraj Deshpandé

Great advice LinkedIn, It’s so important to create a healthy work-life balance. I’ve found that setting clear boundaries, like turning off work notifications after hours, can really help. It’s all about giving yourself permission to unwind and recharge🔋

If I had a dollar for every time I thought about working off the clock, I'd be able to afford a vacation to forget about work.💸🌴🧳

I wish I had that superpower. 🏗️

When not employed, use the time to invest in personal development: take courses, enhance skills, tackle home projects, exercise, and achieve fitness goals. Life is a continuous journey with distinct milestones. While employed, you contribute to others' initiatives, but during unemployment, seize the opportunity to pursue your own endeavors. When re-employed, aim to save 30% of your salary for future periods of unemployment. If you believe time is the most valuable asset, you're right! Every investment in yourself stays with you and enhances your freedom. Help others, seek assistance, be courageous, and practice humility through prayer, regardless of belief, as it grounds us and connects us to the infinite. We are minimals, but infinitely complex, rare beauty 😉

For all those people who put in the extra hours "off the clock" (even on your days off), the only ones who will remember it in 20 years are your kids, spouse, and friends.

Thinking about work when you're off the clock is like trying to diet while sitting in a bakery—tempting but counterproductive. Your brain needs downtime to function at its best, just like your phone needs recharging (yes, even in airplane mode). So, next time you catch yourself mentally drafting emails during dinner, switch gears and enjoy the moment. Your to-do list will still be there tomorrow, but your sanity might not be. Remember, a well-rested mind is the secret sauce to productivity—plus, it's way more fun! 😁
