Being in Non-Profit Finance I’ve definitely competed in multiple Olympic events, sometimes simultaneously 😎 What do you think of this Rhea Ilagan , MBA ? 🤣😂
So many gold medalists in these comments — we're going to need a bigger podium 🙌 But even the best athletes understand the importance of ongoing training. If Non Profits were Athletes, Youth and Community Professionals will take Gold as a Triathlete. 💯. Being resilient weathering various setbacks, constantly shifting from different environments, wearing multiple hats across the day in formal/informal settings and holding the relationship as a trusted adult to ensure service users/beneficiaries are not left behind. ❤️. I have a network of thousands of youth and community professionals some who I know personally and others who are doing incredible work with members of our community... if I could, I would have named each and every one of them!
I want to be the Turkish sharpshoot guy that just shuffled up, belly hanging out and just nailed his target.
Shout out to all my colleagues at Enrich HK who are all champions in empowering migrant domestic workers! We are all probably gymnasts, synchronized swimmers and weightlifters! What do you think?

2moI think being in communications for a nonprofit is a bit like running the 10,000m. You think it's a controlled environment, but you never know when a spike to the shin or a push in the back is going to send you off course. It's all about being proactive by setting a plan and reacting to the interruptions to your plan.
