I know my fellow People Practitioners are giving it their all, and yet it's relentless, demanding and more difficult to achieve a positive impact for people, purposeful enterprises and the HR professional field. Yet, the folks at Working Futures know what I sense, see and have come to realise, that any talk of the future of work, transforming organisations and leveraging emerging technology, it all comes back to this: People and their passion for making a difference, feeling fulfilled, and having a flourishing experience of work. That's not a privilege, that's creating meaning in an otherwise turbulent and tricky world.
